Process for applying revaluation/Photocopy Karnataka diploma | How to fill khajane 2 (k2) form

Here is the process for applying Revaluation /Photocopy

• First login to the link given below 👇🏻 or type khajane 2 challan in Google there you will get https://k2.karnataka.gov.in

 Remitter section

• Type all ur details like first name, last name etc (CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY) 

Here comes the important part in department details 

• In Address section dont type ur home address instead Type your college name and your USN (register number)
• In category select:-1 Government
• In District select :- Bengaluru Urban(select your district) 
• In department section select :- DEPARTMENT OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION
• in ddo office select :- GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA
• DDO Code will generate automatically

Go to purpose details section 

• Purpose  section select:- BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION - EXAMINATION FEES
• Sub purpose name section select :- Revaluation fee or photocopy fee  
• In amount section type :-(for Revaluation 550₹/subject)(for photocopy 250₹/subject) 

Then select Add

(IF U WANT BOTH revaluation and photocopy , select 1st revaluation type as i mentioned then  select add again select for photocopy type as i mentored and again press add)

Here comes Treasury details

• Total amount will. Be displayed 
• Select your mode of payment (Cash/debitcard /netbanking etc) 
• In Remittamce bank section select your bank then submit 
• type captcha code then Click on Submit Button
• Your challan will be declared on Your screen
• Download and take a print out of the challan.
• Go to bank were you have selected in the challan and pay the amount
• They will give the challan slip.

Go to your college show your challan number and the code that bank have wrote on it.. And college will give you a form to fill ( Fill revaluation/photocopy form, link given below  👉click here👈) 

Submit the form to your colleges.(Congratulations you have applied it)
